Shipping Policy

We understand that you are entrusting your animal companion's well being in our hands, and we want more than anything to get your Spirit Essences to you as quickly as possible.

All orders are shipped via USPS per your specifications (1st class, Priority Mail or Express Mail). Orders are shipped from our facility within 1-2 business days of placement. Orders placed after 2:00PM Pacific Time will not ship until the following day. We will let you know promptly if there are issues with backordered essences which might delay your order.

You will receive an E-mailed confirmation as soon as your order is placed, and we will also E-mail a copy of your invoice before it leaves our facility.

As you order, you'll notice delivery time frames as told to us by the US Postal Service. For example, 3-5 business days for 1st class packages, 2-3 days for Priority and 1-2 for Express. Please be aware that during heavy traffic times like the winter holidays, these deliveries may take longer than expected. Also, International orders are subject to longer delivery times due to possible customs delays.

Refund Policy

If you have changed your mind about your order, we will gladly accept it back for a refund of the purchase price, or put your purchase towards an exchange. The refund/exchange amount will not include shipping, and you are responsible for shipping costs back to us. Once we have received the product, we will credit your account. Please package returns with the same care as we send them to you - broken returns will not be honored. Refunds and exchanges are valid for thirty days from purchase, and apply only to unopened bottles with the safety seal still intact. Please call us at (877) 85-SPIRIT (857-7474) or mail us at: info@spiritessences.com before shipping for return/exchange final approval.
